 Living Will

The Living Will health care self determination statement is used to communicate your wishes about medical treatment when you cannot express those wishes. It also names a person who can make limited decisions on your behalf.

Irrevocable Trust

The purpose of the creation of the trust is to provide  convenient administration of financial or real estate assets avoiding the necessity of court supervision in the event of incapacity or death.
