What is an Alabama Child Temporary Guardianship Blank Template   

An Alabama Temporary Guardianship template for a child may be used without going to court when a minor child's parent signs an agreement naming another adult or family friend as the child's temporary guardian. Sometimes for example a parent who serves in the military or who will be working a contract for a short period, may sign an agreement naming a grandparent, relative, or family friend temporary guardian of the children.
